You will turn real-world signals into smarter decisions. The Strategic Research & Insights Lead will lead a mixed-methods program—from instrument design to field execution—to understand how people discover, use, and evaluate products and services across diverse contexts and channels.

In this role, you’ll bridge field research with strategic insight—designing instruments, guiding field teams, and translating data into actionable recommendations. You’ll oversee qualitative and quantitative streams, partnering with analysts and project leadership to deliver insights that are rigorous, grounded, and forward-looking.

Once you join us, you will
  • Lead the design of research tools including surveys, interview protocols, and sampling frameworks for key education segments

  • Coordinate and quality-check qualitative and quantitative fieldwork activities, including training of field researchers

  • Conduct interviews and moderate focus groups when needed, especially in high-priority segments

  • Analyze both survey data and qualitative transcripts using appropriate tools and frameworks

  • Synthesize insights into compelling personas, journey maps, and strategic opportunity areas

  • Work closely with the project lead to shape insight reports, presentation decks, and strategy recommendations
Relevant Experience and Mindset
  • You bring 10–15 years of experience leading mixed-methods research in education, development, or market intelligence

  • You’re fluent in both quantitative and qualitative research design — with a portfolio of surveys, interviews, and data triangulation work to show for it

  • You’re highly skilled in at least one analytical tool (SPSS, R, NVivo, Dedoose, or equivalent) and know how to translate raw data into actionable insight

  • You’re fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, and confident producing bilingual insights when needed

  • You thrive in multi-regional projects, and understand how local nuance and field realities impact research outcomes

  • You are a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for patterns and anomalies — and a strong ability to turn data into design

  • You’re comfortable working independently, managing timelines, and collaborating across workstreams
